My perfect time-saving mum hack breakfast is overnight oats.
Step 1
Mix together in a bowl:
1 cup rolled oats
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds grounded
2 tsp flaxseed grounded
285ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp honey
2/3 cup (100g) fresh blueberries.
Step 2
Pour the mixture in two mason jars and top with chopped banana and 2 tsp (10g) toasted almonds.
Step 3 Leave in your fridge overnight, and wake up to a healthy and delicious breakfast ready to go. You may top with shredded coconut or whatever else you desire.
TIP: You can also substitute the milk based on your preference (coconut milk, full cream milk or even some water).
