About me

Hi, I’m Nina Belle, and welcome to my blog, Judgy Mummy.

I started this blog in 2017 to reflect on my parenting journey and to connect with other mothers and inspire other women to take joy in the ordinary things in life. We all need to cook and clean, so why not do it with intense gratitude and joy?

 

My love with home organising intensified after my daughter was born and I realised what a profound impact my words and habits were having on her. Children really are little sponges absorbing everything in. It was at that point I realised I needed to get my act together, to set a good example that she could follow.

 

I was getting overwhelmed by doing basic tasks, and I knew there was a better way. I knew I needed to organise my home in a way that was going to make my life more efficient.

 

It was a long process as I had way too many possessions; like many people do these days! But eventually I got there and I haven't looked back. Being able to find things quickly and coming home to a space that I can truly call my sanctuary, has helped put me in a calmer mood so I am able to give the best version of myself to my family.

I see happiness and health very holistically. Having studied at the world's best school for health and happiness coaching, Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I regularly share my holistic health learnings, tips and tricks with my community of like-minded goddesses.

​

I am heavily invested in personal development, and topics I am passionate about include: home making, home organising, nutrition, gut health, parenting, and mindfulness.

I guess we are all just doing our best. At the end of the day, I’m just making up this thing called life as I ride through this wild journey, just like you and everyone else.
