Judgy Mummy's 2022 Easter Gift Guide
For many families Easter has become a glorious time where they can go to Church to celebrate the rebirth of Jesus, spend time with their family and enjoy a delicious spread of food.
Every family is so unique and has their own traditions that they revel in. But as times have changed, and regardless of religious beliefs, I have noticed a more popular tradition emerge: Easter gifts for the kids.
Just like at Christmas, children have come to expect a few small gifts in their Easter baskets each year. Traditionally, chocolates eggs and bunnies were the gift of choice.
But nowadays, parents are becoming more creative with what they gift their child.
Personally I prefer not to gift my child too much confectionery (hello sugar overload!). Little Miss will still receive a small chocolate egg or bunny but I also gift her clothing (like pajamas), and a few books. I am a big fan of books as I love to encourage a love for reading. Other ideas include: stuffed animals, toys, arts and crafts supplies.
