I'm a sucker for cute baby names! Prior to becoming pregnant I would spend hours on end looking up potential names for my future off spring! Crazy? I guess so!
Anyway, well the results are in and this year’s most popular baby names has been announced. Although we are only half way through the year, so will need to check in at the end of the year for the official winners!
According to the latest Australian baby names report from McCrindle, Charlotte has officially overtaken the popular Olivia for girls names in every Australian state except New South Wales. Such a classic name!
For boys, Oliver is leading as the most popular boys' name in all states except for Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
