Creamy Blueberry and Banana Overnight Oats Recipe

My perfect time-saving mum hack breakfast is overnight oats.


Step 1

Mix together in a bowl:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds grounded

  • 2 tsp flaxseed grounded

  • 285ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2/3 cup (100g) fresh blueberries.


Step 2

Pour the mixture in two mason jars and top with chopped banana and 2 tsp (10g) toasted almonds.


Step 3
Leave in your fridge overnight, and wake up to a healthy and delicious breakfast ready to go. You may top with shredded coconut or whatever else you desire. 


TIP: You can also substitute the milk based on your preference (coconut milk, full cream milk or even some water).
